ドイツの社会学者が発表した論文にあったんだけど、
数十カ国を調査した結果なぜか20代後半〜30代後半の年齢層の人間は
「自分達あたりの世代が昔からの伝統や礼儀をぎりぎり受け継いでいる世代だ。
これより下はどうもおかしくなってしまっている」
と考える癖があるらしい。面白いことに国が違っても民族が違っても
共通してそういう風に感じて発言するんだってさ。
もちろん、今現在だけの話というわけじゃなくて数十年前から繰り返し
「自分たちがぎりぎり礼儀を受け継いでいて〜」と言ってて
その次に20代後半〜30代後半になった世代も同じように
「自分たちがぎりぎり礼儀を受け継いでいて〜」と繰り返す、と。
社会に出て数年経って、周りを見る目が付いてきた頃に感じる
人類共通の感覚なのかもしれないね。
